    • It is recommend that you only use one ear bud rather than two and if you have over the head ear phones that they are not turnt up full blast

    • Test the volume periodically by removing one earphone to ensure you can still hear ambient noises.

  3. Phone Calls:

    • Earphones should not be used to make or receive phone calls during work hours.
