We always do what we can to make sure all our equipment reaches site in good working order. If you are having issues with your hoover not working we suggest trying the following:



1. Check for blockages


Ensure the hoover is off and unplugged from the plug

Check the hoover nozzles for any blockages or build up that may be preventing the hoover from working properly. Carefully remove any obstructions, and retry the hoover to see if this has helped. 



2. Check the power in a different outlet


Occasionally it is the plug socket that may be causing an issue. Try unplugging the hoover and finding a different plug outlet on site to plug it in to. If it works please make a note of the faulty plug socket and inform your site supervisor, or get in touch with the office: Helpdesk@citrus-services.co.uk



3. Change the hoover bag


If the hoover bag is full, or not properly changed this may cause problems with the hoover. Check that the bag is not full and is properly installed. It may help to change for a completely new bag if you are unsure.
