Taking holiday before leaving your job
During your notice period you may be able to take whatever is left of your statutory annual leave.
However this must be in agreement with Citrus.
Taking more leave than the entitlement
If you have taken more leave than you’re entitled to then Citrus will make deductions to your last pay. The rules in this situation are fully outlined in the employment contract & company handbook.
Zero-hours contracts
When a worker on a zero-hours contract has not worked for 4 weeks, this may be treated as the end of the employment. The employer will usually pay for untaken leave, even if they’re going to offer them more work later.
