Congratulations on becoming a member of the Citrus cleaning team!
Now it's time for your first official shift, here's a little bit about what you can expect.
What to Wear?
When you first start working with us we request you wear plain black top/shirt and black trousers when on site. After your probationary period has ended you will be provided with additional uniform.
**Please note - While you are on shift it is always important to look presentable, therefore we do not allow tracksuit bottoms or small tank tops**
A Warm Welcome
On your first shift you'll be met on site by one of our Mobile Supervisors, they'll show you around your work space, and answer any questions you may have.
Timekeeping
Download the EziTracker app so you are able to clock in and clock out correctly. You will have been sent any details you need to login prior to your first shift. If you have any trouble you can ask for help from your mobile supervisor, troubleshoot the problem HERE, or get in touch with the office on 02393 600003
Keys & Alarms
If you need site keys you will be given a set of these on your first day so you can easily access the site. You will also go through unlocking/locking up and alarm procedures, this will depend on the site you are working on.
