Not feeling well or tested positive for Covid-19?

Sometimes you can’t make it to your shift because of being unwell. Whatever you do, DON'T just no call/ no show.

Please let your manager know and give as much notice as you can so they are able to make other arrangements as necessary. 


Please call us on: 02393 6000 03 instead of emailing if you are unable to attend your shift due to illness.


Our policy states that you can have up to five days off when you are unwell, however if you are absent for seven days or more then you will need to provide a doctor’s note, so that we can make other arrangements for your shifts.  


COVID-19


If you have tested positive for Covid-19 please let your manager know straight away so they can make other arrangements to cover your shifts. 


You will be required to provide us with proof of an NHS positive Covid test.
