We understand that lateness happens and is sometimes unavoidable.
If you know that you are going to be significantly late for your shift it's important that you let us know as soon as possible, especially if you are working on shift with another colleague.
Give the office a call on 02393 600003 to let one of our team know if you are going to be late.
Once you arrive on site, make sure you are checking in and out for your shift as usual on EziTracker, if you don't do this then the hours for your shit will be reduced to zero which will affect your pay.
