Returning to work after absence/sickness?

Absent for less than 7 days?

If you're having to take time off for illness you must call in to the office each day to keep us updated on how you're feeling and when you expect to be able to return to work. If you are absent for less than 7 days, you don't need to provide a doctors note and can simply return to your shifts as usual once you are better.

Please call us on: 02393 6000 03 instead of emailing if you are unable to attend your shift due to illness.

Absent for 7+ Days?

Our policy states that if you are absent for seven days or more then you will need to provide a doctor’s note.

If you are absent for 7 days or more and are not able to provide a doctors note this may result in it being marked as an unauthorized absence. Please get in touch to let us know if there are reasons that prevent you being able to get a doctors note, as these will be taken into consideration.
