Taking holiday before leaving a job

During your notice period the worker may be able to take whatever is left of their statutory annual leave.

However this is under Citrus agreement. 

Taking more leave than the entitlement

If a worker has taken more leave than they’re entitled to, Citrus Will make deductions to their last pay. The rules in this situation are  outlined in the employment contract & company handbook

Zero-hours contracts

When a worker on a zero-hours contract has not worked for 4 weeks, this may be treated as the end of the employment. The employer will usually pay the worker for untaken leave, even if they’re going to offer them more work later.
