Sometimes mistakes happen. We can easily fix a missed clocking error if you contact us within 24hrs. However after the 24 hour window has passed we need to get manager approval to change it. 


Please note that if you inform us after 72 hours (3 days) we are unable to add it at all. 


Below are some scenarios and what would happen:


1) No clock in


Unless you contact us by calling, or creating a service ticket to say why you have not clocked in within 24 hours you will not be paid for the shift.


2) Clocked in but forgot to clock out


Unless you contact us by calling or creating a service ticket to say why you have not clocked out with 24 hours you will not be paid for the shift.
