Clocking in ok. Go to clock out but there is not the option or its already clocked employee out.

It seems there might have been a little problem with the clock-in process. 


Here's a tip: After you've clocked in using the app, it may take a moment or two to register your action. If you tap the clock-in button again before the app has had a chance to catch up, you might accidentally clock out.


So, remember to take a breath and give the app a little time to do its thing after you clock in. ?


Now, if you're not quite sure whether your clock-in went through, here's an easy way to check:


1. Look for the three dots in the upper right corner of the app screen 


2. Tap on those dots and select 'CALLS' from the menu that appears.




This will take you to a screen where you can see a log of your day's clock-ins and clock-outs. If you've been moving about to different sites, no worries, you'll see all the times you've clocked in listed there.



And, just in case the log shows you're currently clocked out when you should be clocked in, simply clock in again and you'll be all set.
