202 No matching duty can be found

As per the companies policy, you are permitted to clock in or out within a 30-minute window of your scheduled time. Here’s a how-to guide detailing the steps to properly manage this flexibility.

Understanding the 30-Minute Window

1. Know Your Schedule: Be aware of your exact scheduled start and end times.

2. 30-Minute Rule: You can clock in up to 30 minutes before your scheduled start time and clock out up to 30 minutes after your scheduled end time

Clocking In Early / Clocking In Late

The system will let you clock in/our out 30 mins early or late.

For example:

if you are scheduled to start at 06.00am, then you are able to clock in from 5.31 on wards up to 30 mins later than expect at 06.30am.

with that in mind the error will occur if you try to clock in or out out of this window.

Clocking Out Late  / Clocking Out Early

This error will also will occur if you clock out early or later than expected.
