I think there's a discrepancy on my payslip

If you think the hours or pay represented on your payslip may be incorrect there could be a few reasons this has happened:

Not enough Holiday pay accrued

If you have taken an approved holiday but have not accrued enough holiday pay to cover this period then you won't have been paid the full amount you might have expected. Please check your holiday accrued beforehand to prevent confusion.

You can submit a holiday request HERE

Not checking in & out

Checking in and out of your shifts is your responsibility and directly impacts the hours on your timesheet.

If you have not properly checked in or out on site then your hours for that shift will automatically be reduced to zero which will affect your pay.

Clocking out off site

Some staff have taken barcodes home or even clock out on the way home on the bus. If you do this the system will automatically void your shift.

Pay Period

The pay period that is paid at the end of the month is for the pay period 22nd - 21st. If you feel that you are missing hours check what hours are to be paid in that period.

Working extra hours without submitting an overtime request

If you are working over your contracted hours without getting an overtime request approved then you will only be paid for the contracted hours you are supposed to work and not anything over.

If you find you are unable to complete the necessary work in the contracted time please get in touch.

Otherwise you must submit an overtime request which you can do HERE

Please note you will not be granted this automatically, it MUST be approved to be paid.
