Can't see payslips - But received an email saying they are ready

Several Employees have submitted tickets reporting that they received an email notifying them that their payslip is ready, but they cannot find their payslips.


To access your payslip, it's essential to enable a secondary layer of security known as "TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION." 

To achieve this, you'll need either your mobile number or the Google Authenticator app. After successfully setting up two-factor authentication, you will gain access to your payslips.


Alternatively, you have the option to download SWAG, a replacement for the Workzone app. (However this is not necessary if you do not want it`)


You can refer to the image below in which shows two sections "NOT VERIFIED"


Please note - you will not have access to your payslips until this is done
