Where do I find my payslip?

Finding your payslip is quick and easy! Follow the steps below to access your payslips and P45s through the Citrus website.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Visit the Citrus Website

   • Go to the official Citrus website.
   • Navigate to the "Team Area" section

2. Access the Help Portal

   • Within the Team Area, locate and click on the "Help Portal" link.
     
     

3. Find the "My Payslips" Section

   • In the Help Portal, look for the block labeled "My Payslips."
   • Click on this block to proceed.
     
     

4. Log In to Your Account

   • Enter your login credentials (username and password).
   • If you don’t have a login or have forgotten your details, please contact the HR team for assistance.
     
     

5. View Your Payslips and P45s

   • Once logged in, you will see a list of your payslips and any issued P45s.
   • Click on a specific payslip or P45 to view or download it.
