Sometimes mistakes happen. We can easily fix a missed clocking error within 24 hours if you contact us, However after the 24 hour window has passed we need to get director approval to change it. If it is after 72 hours (3 days) we are unable to add it at all. 


Below are some scenarios in what would happen :


1) No clock in - No clock out - Unless you contact us by calling or creating a service ticket to say why you have not clocked in with 24 hours you will not be paid for the shift.


2) Clocked in - forgot to clock out. - Unless you contact us by calling or creating a service ticket to say why you have not clocked in with 24 hours you will not be paid for the shift.
