1. Stay Calm and Assess the Situation

  • Retrace your steps to locate the keys.

  • Check areas where you’ve been working (e.g., cleaning supplies area, break room, or specific rooms cleaned).

  • Look in your personal belongings (pockets, bag, etc.).

2. Inform Your helpdesk Immediately

  • Contact your helpdesk as soon as you realise the keys are lost. 02393600003

  • Provide details such as:

    • When and where you last used the keys.

    • Any areas you've already searched.


3. Secure the Site (if applicable)

  • If you are unable to find the keys and the site is left unsecured, notify your supervisor or the client contact right away.

  • Avoid leaving the site until further instructions are provided.
